OxOps MissedCall-to-Text
2. Program Description
OxOps MissedCall-to-Text is an automated messaging service. When a customer calls OxOps and the call goes unanswered, the service sends an automated text message to the caller offering to help schedule an appointment. Subsequent messages facilitate appointment booking and confirmations.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction. After a missed call, you will receive one initial text message. If you reply, you may receive additional messages as part of the appointment scheduling conversation. You may also receive:
- Appointment confirmation messages (1 per booking)
- Appointment reminder messages (up to 1 per appointment)
- Review request messages after completed service (1 per completed appointment)
Typical usage: 2-6 messages per interaction.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan. OxOps does not charge end users for receiving text messages.
5. Opt-In and Consent
By calling OxOps and receiving a follow-up text message, you are informed of our automated messaging service. By replying to the text message, you consent to receive additional messages related to scheduling and customer service.
You may also opt in by texting START to our phone number.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect any previously scheduled appointments.

8. Supported Carriers
Our service is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, as well as most regional carriers.
9. Service Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Messaging may be affected by carrier issues, network outages, or system maintenance.
10. Limitation of Liability
OxOps is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
