How It Works
When you call OxOps and the call goes unanswered, you will receive a text message offering to help you schedule an appointment or answer your questions.
By replying to that text message, you consent to receive additional SMS messages related to appointment scheduling, confirmations, and customer service from OxOps.
Opt-In Methods
- Missed call opt-in: When you call OxOps and the call is not answered, you will receive one initial text message. Replying to this message constitutes your consent to receive further messages.
- Keyword opt-in: You may text START to our phone number to opt in to receiving messages.
- Verbal opt-in: You may provide verbal consent to receive text message communications from OxOps.
What Messages You Will Receive
- Follow-up messages after missed calls
- Appointment scheduling and confirmation messages
- Appointment reminders
- Customer service responses
- Review requests after completed services
Typical message frequency: 2-6 messages per interaction. Message frequency varies based on your conversation.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
